24/7 Supported Living

At Wellington Care, we believe that everyone has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves, and our supported living services provide independent living with access to a wide range of benefits. Our personalised support services enable people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes, or with their own tenancies.

Across Hull and East Yorkshire, our main role and area of expertise is to provide supported living services and supported accommodation which assist adults and young people with a range of needs to live independently and safely in the local communities.

At Wellington Care, person centred care is at the heart of everything that we do which means that our support and care is completely bespoke, and perfectly matched to the unique needs, preferences and aspirations of each individual.

Our 24/7 supported living services provide 24-hour core staffing and can offer additional 1:1 to support as required to support individuals to meet goals and develop skills such as domestic and financial skills. Staff can provide emotional and physical support.

Staff at Wellington care have a vast amount of training including DMI, substance mis use, safeguarding, medication, self-harm and rescue from ligature, care planning and risk assessing to name some.

Respite and short stay

Wellington Care offer respite care and short-term stays for individuals requiring temporary care and support. Our respite and short stay support not only provide an opportunity for the person staying with us to receive specialist support in a warm, safe and friendly environment, but can also offer their usual carer a well-earned rest.

Depending on the circumstances and an individual’s needs, a respite stay can range from a few days to a few weeks and can be arranged on a recurring or one-off basis. At Wellington Care, we are dedicated to providing personally tailored support that meets the individual needs of all care home residents, whatever level of care they require and however long they are staying with us.

Our respite and short stay service offers 24-hour core staffing and can offer additional 1:1 to support as required to support individuals to meet goals and develop skills such as domestic and financial skills. Staff can provide emotional and physical support. This service can provide short stay accommodation and support with the view to move to another service within Wellington care or with an alternative provider or independently.

Community services

Wellington Care offer a range of community-based support to help people with things that matter to them.

Wellington care provides single occupancy accommodation within the community which can be sourced and adapted to meet the needs of the individual. Support within these services can vary from 4 hours 1 to 1 support/ 2 to 1 support where required up to 24 hours support per day. Staff support and work with individuals to meet goals and develop skills such as domestic and financial skills. Staff can provide emotional and physical support.

Outreach support

Wellington can provide outreach support within the individuals own accommodation within the Hull area and support provided can be anything from 4 hours a day to 24 hours a day and can be 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 support if required. Staff support and work with individuals to meet goals and develop skills such as domestic and financial skills. Staff can provide emotional and physical support.
